Privacy

Azemble Inc. is responsible for the personal information it collects through this website. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

What this website collects

Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, company website, business email, the products you're interested in and your message. We don't use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

How we use it

To reply to you and, if you become a customer, to set up your rollout. We only email you about your enquiry. If we ever send other updates, every message will include a way to unsubscribe. We keep enquiries for as long as we're in conversation with you, and delete them on request.

Services this website relies on

FormSubmitDelivers contact form messages to our inbox.
Google FontsServes the typefaces. Your browser requests them directly from Google.
NamecheapHosts this website. Standard server logs are kept by the host.

Sale and sharing

We don't sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we don't use it for targeted advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers listed above, to deliver this website and reply to you, or where the law requires it.

Where it's processed

Your information is processed in the United States.

Your rights

Depending on your state, including California, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info@azemble.io. We won't treat you differently for making a request, and we'll reply within 45 days.

Children

This website is meant for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

02 / TERMS

Terms of use

These terms cover this website. Use of Dataherd, Reflow Text and Reflow Voice is governed by the agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence over anything here.

The demos

The product demonstrations on this site run on sample data. Figures shown in them are illustrative and are not performance commitments.

Our content

The Azemble, Dataherd and Reflow names, logos and site content belong to Azemble. You're welcome to link to and quote this site; please don't reproduce it wholesale or imply an endorsement.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it accurate, but to the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any damages arising from use of this website or decisions made from its content alone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

03 / SECURITY

Security

Where your data lives

DataherdDeployed in your environment. Connects to your sources read-only by default, and answers only from what is connected.
Reflow TextRuns natively on your machine. Files stay on your device, and no account is required.
Reflow VoiceTranscribes on your device. Audio doesn't leave the machine.

Access and audit

Access follows the person through your identity provider. Credentials for connected sources are held in your environment, and every query Dataherd runs is logged so your security team can review it.

Forward deployed engineers

Our engineers work inside your environment under your access policies, with only the permissions the rollout needs. Access is removed at hand-over.

Assurance

Our security questionnaire, architecture documentation and certification status are available on request during procurement.

Reporting a vulnerability

Write to security@azemble.io. We acknowledge reports within two business days and ask that you give us reasonable time to fix an issue before disclosing it.
